Kids are athletes too.  The younger the athlete, the better. This age group is successful because of their ability to absorb new movement patterns.  The Evolution program will increase range of motion, flexibility, and hand eye coordination which are all essential to the development of sport specific skills.  Creating a strong foundation in fundamental movements for these motor functions will increase your child's ability to pick up sport specific skills, like a jump shot or fielding a ground ball.

Our youth program is designed to be engaging and challenging to all athletes.  Our program, which is designed by world class athletes and college coaches, develops participant's overall athleticism by focusing on attributes like game speed movement, body control, and stability.

It is a lot of fun and it works.

Fall Schedule

  MWF at 5:15pm, Tuesday/Thursday at 6pm
